Winter training will focus on improving strength and endurance in preparation for the spring racing season and is open to any athlete who has completed at least the beginner level or has prior rowing experience. Practices will include a combination of erg training, cardio, and circuit workouts. There will be an emphasis on personal improvement throughout the season.
Athletes of all experience levels are welcome to participate.
Cost includes coaching, indoor training space, race entry fees, insurance, USRowing membership, equipment maintenance and repair.
