Welcome to erging! The erg (indoor rowing machine) is the gym's best kept secret.

This 100-level indoor rowing class is intended for those with little to no rowing experience who want to learn how to effectively use the indoor rower for a great low-impact, full-body workout, as well as those wanting a refresher. The class is a useful intro for those rowing to cross-train for other sports, or as an intro to outdoor rowing in the summer. Come dressed to row (shorts & t-shirt)!

Your instructor will be Sarah Walczewski, an experienced indoor rowing coach and captain of the GRRA's women's masters (competitive adult) squad, for a four-session class at the GRRA Indoor Rowing Center in Rogers Plaza (next to the Secretary of State office). Changing rooms are available at the IRC, and ample parking is available.

Classes meet 7:00 - 9:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Attendance is limited! Register now to hold your place.
