Northview High School Rowing is seeking a third coach for the 2018 spring season.  While desirable, an extensive rowing background is not required.  More important are group leadership skills and general knowledge of athletic training.  A high value is placed on keeping a favorable coach to rower of about 1 to 12 in order to provide more personalized instruction and be able to emphasize small boat rowing.

Northview shares the Jupiter Boathouse with Rockford.  Practices are from 3:00 to 5:30 pm beginning on March 12th.  The team is well equipped and enjoys excellent parent and school support.  For those so inclined, there are additional opportunities to coach summer and fall rowing.

Also open is a middle school coaching position.  The middle school program is non-competitive and practices are just three days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, form 5:45 to 7:30 pm.  The seven week program begins on April 9.
